More money wasted in Maddie McCann search

The search for Madeleine McCann hasn't ended yet, even though threats of funding loss have become more frequent over the past couple of years. Now it's being reported that police have been granted more than $150k to continue these fruitless searches. While officials continue to waste time and money on this case, the facts still remain unchanged.

Millions in taxpayer funds have been used for the Madeleine McCann investigation, and many of those taxpayers feel that their money is being wasted. It's been over a decade and not only does the child remain missing, but her parents remain the focus of public suspicion. That's largely due to the facts that surround the case, and the evidence that indicates that Kate and Gerry McCann know what happened to their daughter.

I wrote in this post, that it's time to get used to the idea that Madeleine McCann will never be found. With her case being over a decade old, and detectives fumbling the hell out of the investigation, there just doesn't appear to be any closure in sight. Whether the child was kidnapped or victim of some other sort of foul play, it's not likely that any of us will learn the truth in our lifetimes.
