Kansas Jane Doe Alert: Do you recognize this jewelry?

The body of an unidentified woman was located in the area of the Turkey Point recreation area, in Osage County, Kansas. Now authorities are looking to identify this Jane Doe, but there are no photos available of her remains. The following photos are of the jewelry that was located with her body. If you recognize this jewelry, or feel that you may have information about this unidentified woman, please contact the authorities through the information provided at the bottom of this post.

Date of discovery: August 25, 2017 -- however, a public report wasn't opened on this case until the beginning of October 2017.

The remains of the female were located in the area of Turkey Point, which is a somewhat rural recreation site on Melvern Lake. The age of the female is not known, but she is estimated to be between the ages of 30 to 65-years-old. She is believed to be an Hispanic female.

Authorities report that the Kansas Jane Doe was found with the following clothing: V-neck "No Boundaries" t-shirt, sized small, Sports bra with no wire, sized 44, and light denim jeans in men's size 32x30. The brand of the jeans is listed by police as "Helix," which is a common brand that can be found in Kohl's, Target and other clothing stores. I want to note that Helix Clothing is a brand owned by Kohl's, and that the first time this label was ever put in public use was in the year 2010. This means that the body located by authorities in Kansas cannot be older than 17-years-old at this time. This does narrow down possibilities in identifying this Jane Doe.

If you recognize the jewelry in the shared photos, or if other details of this case interest you, please contact the Osage County Sheriff's Office at (785) 828-3121. Any information could prove useful in identifying this Jane Doe.
