Will Jodi Arias's conviction be overturned?

Jodi Arias is in the news again, and this time it's with the belief that she may be freed from prison. The National Enquirer claims that the convicted killer is appealing her murder conviction with the confident idea that she will be successful.

Jodi has raised approximately $40k to aid in her attempts at appealing her murder conviction. She's using those funds to hire a new defense team to assist her. While it seems laughable that she could ever be successful, it should be noted that her defense has made allegations against the state prosecution -- which could complicate things.

Jodi Arias is confident that she will be freed from prison after appealing her conviction. She's even reportedly talking about writing a book about the case once she is "free." Would you buy a book written by the woman convicted of killing Travis Alexander?
